It's truly like having multiple LLCs formed but without the administration tasks and fees that come with having multiple individual LLCs.

I am local to Gainesville, there is a monthly bigger pockets meet up with some awesome individuals that lead it.

So happy to connect with likeminded individuals as we learn & grow together.

Also, we can be relatively sure that they won't overstay without permission, as we tend to be fully rented for a year or more out, sequentially to 3-4 separate individuals.

Are there any potential problems with investing as an LLC and not as an individual?

Do each one own separate property individually?

.: I'm not aware of any requirement for this.I do provide an application because it has a lot of information necessary for tracking the individual: social security number, driver license number, previous addresses, etc.When you take over an existing renter, I recommend you figure out how to get the entire file from the former manager/landlord.
