The property has three large pole barns on it - one is a 4 stall horse barn with small arena that is in great shape.

I mean that in a nice way and only ask because too often I feel like we (myself) included put the cart before the horse with regards to opening LLCs, getting business cards, etc.Also, I think entity structure might be somewhat location-dependent.

If it isn't enough to pay the note off, well, it's still going to have to be listed for sale on the MLS and it has to be arms length, and your still gonna have to pay for it if you want it.Attorneys/trustees don't stall attempts to get a loan out of foreclosure.

But honestly, this just seems like more stalling and inability to overcome the inertia and get moving.
