Fortunately many of those bad apples go away after a couple years of dry spells.Another common misconception is you need to have a RE license to be successful as a Real Estate Investor. 

Fortunately, lenders are beginning to find new loan products to entice those hesitant buyers off the fence; 12 month bank statements for income, no income verification for non owner properties, relaxed credit standards. 

They hype the real estate dream to a bunch of suckers and make a fortune when someone bites..  

Fortunately I currently have no debt, I think in the next 12-16 months I will be able to accumulate 40k including money I already have saved.

Hi all,While in college I worked fulled time at a fortune 500 company.

My own warehouse was set on fire in Manchester in 2014, so I tired to sell it out but I couldn't find out a buyer .Today I have built it somehow and making a good fortune from it .

I know of five methods that, have varying %'s of success:1 - Crystal Ball = 20%2 - Ouija Board = 21%3 - Palm Reader = 22% +/-4 - Card Reader = 22 - 23%5 - Fortune Teller = 25% (but I think they're just more experienced at guessing)...or, you can just do a really good analysis...and hope for the best.
