I'm planning my inspection and sale for mid January, and planning to be open only between 12 and 5.

I don't really think it's going to affect major cities that much, but, for mid-sized cities that are big enough to have decent broadband footprints, this could be boom times for them.

Does anyone here have recommendations for lenders or agents in the area, specifically for mid-size multifamily?

Zumper.com: better for mid-term rentals I think but still good. 

The real estate market has been poised to keep growing, employment numbers were greater than +100k higher than expected in Feb. and more middle class tax cuts were proposed in early January for mid-April announcement, just as the USA had won the China trade war.  

I know it needs to be furnished and the kitchen outfitted, just not sure to what degree for mid-term. 

@Ray Lai  the issue with this market is there simply is not that much distressed real estate.. one would need a formidable war chest to really make direct mail work here. 

But I think they are great solutions for mid-low end rentals. 

Although I've never used it personally, I hear that FurnishedFinder is typically the go to for travel nurses looking for mid term rentals.
