On the other hand, New Jersey has plenty of multifamily homes for sale, but I'm not exactly fond of living in New Jersey.

While I'm absolutely not fond of wholesalers, I also don't agree that only agents should be selling, because they're licensed.

I am fond of listening to rnb music and slow rock music, I cannot put them here for I have many on th list...I just make fun listening to those songs.

I have become pretty fond of HML even though there have been a few issues along the way.

The Divison of Real Estate is tough here and is not fond of investors wholesaling properties. 

jsut check zoning on STR .. in many of these resort towns there are pretty strict rules.My grandfather took me to the Dells in 1965 I still remember it fondly.. very cool we rode those duck boats LOL  and watched the German shepard jump across a chasm. 

Though I will say I'm not that fond of cats and generally limit pets to 1.

The towns I can think of would be places like Waukesha, Brookfield, Watertown, Fond du Lac, West Bend, Beaver Dam, but they are all much smaller and I don't know what the markets are like.
