As a primary care PA, I am dealing with covid on a daily basis (here in FL), and we in healthcare are concerned about things getting worse over the next six months (due to the upcoming cold and flu season).

Businesses everywhere are going to forever be changed because of this virus.

We create LLCs for asset protection not because we are being sued, but we do it before to make sure if it ever comes to a situation when we are being sued, our bases would be covered.In this current situation with corona virus, nobody can guarantee that one of the properties wont go into a foreclosure with all these rent moratoriums.

This virus pandemic will probably be used against you.The number of LLC owner's will probably make it harder. 

I personally wouldn't push it, since the broken exterior pane should comprise the water tight-ness of the window and the energy inefficiency affect will be the tenants to enjoy . . . safe and sound from that pesky virus!

The US averages 50,000 flu deaths annually.

This virus is unknown and my unit are largely college units.

Now with the virus, I thought for sure that it would be tough as people would be cancelling reservations.

Perhaps the corona virus is a catalyst for a recession.

The kill rate isnt high enough, even though its 2-4 X as bad as regular flu.
