Downside is if not fill 3 open spots will be under about $1000 a month.

In the past, it's been easy to fill our vacancies, but now things seem to be getting a little slow. 

There aren't many resources for development out there and we are trying to fill that gap! 

One of them calls me every week to get an update on my properties and whether I have any vacant so she can fill.

@Samuel Coronado I think a lot of it has to do with the time to develop the land and then fill the lots.
