I am interested in adding a 264 sq feet space in my front yard, attached to the main home for rental purpose.

Two units are year round, two are mid term.

I'd consider starting with letters then perhaps following up with a few rounds of postcards.

Neither of which are really year round of particularly strong. 

Reason is the property has been maintained, it has a tenant and cash flowing and it's a good way to get your feet wet without starting from square one, and you may walk into a situation where you have equity.

There just isn't enough income left to make someone's world go round.  

And if the tenant decides not to pay that, there's probably nothing you can do, except not renew next go round.

Then I get a written estimate for a local storage locker with a similar amount of square feet of storage because in my state the tenant must pay the reasonable costs of storage before taking possession of the personal property.It might take longer than 15 days because the notice may be the time they have to respond, but they may have an additional amount of time to pay.
