If you get it, then I bet you will get great traffic to your listing and be able to command a higher ADR and occupancy.It is probably happening already today in Airbnb's algorithm, but hosts and guests don't explicitly see it.

No doubt social media algorithms are also making it look like this view of the world is more prevalent.All I know is that you can bet on the end of the world, but you can only be right once and you can never collect. 

They can't furnish it and make decisions for you unless you want to end up at the bottom of the algorithm.

But I'm no structural engineer I'm just someone with some guesses about it.
