AirBnbs are doing well there and the city gov seems to embrace them, unlike LA County and other places passing legislation to limit nor eliminate them.  

Portland is weird as we know and simply does not embrace the Walmart brand like other areas of the country.. in fact I have personally only been in one or two walmarts in my entire life. 

When the staff of this place does take people away, the resident believes they're being torn away from the friends they've made on-site, their routines, their cushy living quarters, and being put into a hospital environment to be penetrated by needles and catheters, constantly listening to monitors beeping, checked on cursorily by attendants whose main worries are they they lose continence or might fall and break their bones.Confused?

Confidently Embracing the FutureThere is another group; they may or may not have been in real estate through the previous ups and downs.

Simply seeing the same people showing up month after month and embracing each other has been pretty powerful. 

That has been a stumbling block for some in the past but I have heard banks are embracing it in some cases. 3) Focus your time, money and energy on your agent business now and grow your income from that.

If you do not want to sell you need to embrace the fact that you are operating a business.

Embrace it- be honest and straightforward, you did nothing wrong, there is absolutely no reason to lie.
