@Jay Hinrichs has posted on that in the past.Many people like to try and hide their identity because of the spotlight effect which refers to how people often overestimate how much others notice (or care about) them, effectively inflating their own importance in society. 

Look at their marketing strategy.

The takeaway here probably boils down to the fact that there aren't a lot of markets that cash flow today with yesterday's strategy. 

but BRRRR is not a cash flow strategy and you likely will not cash flow after the refinance.if you want 100%, no strings attached financing... that's going to have to be a family member or something like that.
