Tenessee is another I was interested in initially since I have some friends that moved there and I hear nothing but good things.

From what I've heard, CA is very ADU friendly so check with your city on what's allowed.

Mentioning unique perks like 'Game Room,' 'Lake View,' or 'Pet-Friendly' can really draw people in.

I will be investing more in Wichita-I love that town & made some life long friends there.
