I can forsee selling real estate you don't own starting to get on the radar there is just too many people being talked into it and doing it.. and then posting on Craigslist.. and I have never seen a add for a contract.. every single e mail I get or add I see is just what an agent would do. picture of house sq ft bd ba etyc etc..
