Hey guys I want to attain the American dream but wake up from it and live a long life afterwards.

First off, I’m a true believer in the saying “If you have a dream in life, you should seek and follow the path to obtain it!”

. :)  you have a nice dream but wrong asset to make that dream come true, unless you live there and make it your lifes work..

Most people are not that dedicated and it shows.The passion I have left for this business is because it is a mechanism to fulfill "the great American dream" of upward mobility they used to teach in high school Civics.

and how is your credit.if you have a little bit of money IE the 3.5% it takes to get a FHA loan then just go that route you need a job and credit as well.if you cant qualify for a FHA loan there  are not going to be any private lenders going to do anything with you in any capacity... remember those books are just ideas and maybe someone gets lucky but its not the norm by any means.. they are selling dreams..

I realized a couple months back that i could honestly read everything there is to know about real estate investing but if i don't take the necessary action my dream of becoming financially free before i turn 30 will never manifest and being a couple months from being 25 i don't feel as though i have much time.

Does this type of lender exist or is it a pipe dream?
