.- In regards to advertising my services, would it be more effective to advertise as 'Laurus Realty', with an option for potential customers to visit my website (which would be full of information about our services as a company), or would it be better to buy a domain such as 'webuyhouses.com' that would direct to a squeeze page to capture information with the option of then directly visiting my companies website?

By the way, it is always best to own the domain in which the city is located: i.e. springfieldSelfStorage.com, DetroitSelfStorage.com...... 

I've done my research, listened to podcasts, completed my business plan and I have my business name, logo and soon to have the domain name, website and email...

Nothing wrong with coming up with a clever name and double checking to see if that name is already taken or incorporated and stealing the website domain.

One of my main considerations was the domain availability.

There is the upfront cost of the domain name and monthly hosting but that is it along with my time which most will argue is worth more than the $50 a month you will pay for lead propellor.  

If you are getting bought out at a premium it is nothing to sneeze at.The other investor is talking about the government using eminent domain with an appraisal to take your property for the good of the general public.

This is typically the domain of commercial real estate.  

Self directed investing has been available since the 1970's when IRA's were created, but have generally been the domain of smaller, specialty service providers.
