I personally do semi-professional photography as a side job/hobby, and from what I've seen looking throughout local listings, there is some terrible photos on most of these listings that immediately deters me from wanting to look at them.I imagine that with outstanding photos (That are properly staged, and well lit... )you would be able to attract a higher level of tenant/buyer to look at your property.

If the comps are $600-700k and you're in it for $455k with only a lit bit of work needed, seems like a no brainer to make $100+k.

I've gotten numerous responses from people who say they get lit up by texts/calls/letters all the time and I was the first one they responded to only because it was a hand written letter.

The biggest downside to the mechanical units is they are not back lit (hard to see buttons in the dark).

As I read it, it was if the light bulb turned on by reading RDPD was originally dimmed to the lowest light level.

I did 1 of the seminars you mention in January it lit the spark that won't die.

I remember one time our company radio lit up about a mysterious truck carrying one of our roll off containers, we got it rite back, they should've waited till after dark.
