Good luck I just saw a news clip that San Jose CA is going to allow those that do ADU's to sell the ADU's like condo's I suspect those will be HUGE money makers in that market. .. we have done this a lot in Charleston SC they call it a Horizontal regime..

It's hard not to fall into this trap when digital marketing and social media advertising is constantly shoving all of these unnecessary products and services down our throats. 

Since this post has been bumped up, good news is that DSCR rates are now probably in the 6.5-8.5% range right now vs. the 7.5%-9.5% range from a couple months ago

Are you seeing a flood Of new inventory as the news reports are saying? 

As for the Media scare, I saw one news article touting a $100k special assesment on a HOA and when I pulled up the building the average cost of fire sale condos are $3M TO $5M and part of the special assesment was to cover new unneeded landscaping.
