In the most recent past, the Reg A+ REITs from Fundrise and RealtyMogul have had yields in the higher single digits, while according to Investopedia, ETF REITs have had yields in the lower single digits.

Hope you can see it and I can earn at least the two digit profit from this deal. 

That helps because I am only paying interest for the first year (commercial loan), so my first couple of payments were very low (double digits). 

I’m zero’ing in on zip codes and neighborhoods that were the hottest over the past 2 years and I’ve been checking daily on just these areas with somewhat of blinders to the rest.Again, we are in triple digit heat, maybe ppls just don’t wanna venture out as much...

You might have a point, but it is easily snuffed out with "you want it to be easier" when the service you think you are providing investors with a smooth transaction, by purchase prices with round numbers,  can be done by thousands of lenders no matter what the digits are. 

These are located in Oklahoma so there is potential for occasional temps in single digits.

I dig it. 

There are arguments that they are not backed by anything or that digital monies are insecure, but your fiat money in the bank is stored electronically and backed by nothing but a promise.
