Essentially, it was one account with the bank tracking individual tenant details on your behalf.That said, it’s critical to ensure your financial records remain accurate by reconciling the account on a monthly basis.

I could go on and on, but suffice to say the devil is in the detail, not in the high level split.

First, the $316K w/study seems a little light, and I would interested to see some more details on what they included in their 5,7,15 year asset classes.

Walkthroughs are never detailed enough to be final (ie often tenants have lower disconnected and discover broken appliances later.)

Occasionally I catch some cleanliness issued that I am not satisfied with which I believe is due to variability in attention to detail between people on their crew, or lack of training and familiarity with my property.I've seen mentions of the value of post cleaning pictures from hosts on other forums.

Whereas with an STR, even with clear english detailing any issues up front, is often booked on a whim with an overload of information digested in a short period of time.

It seemed like there was no real effort or attention to detail.
