When you think of Flooding you do not consider the washouts that occur in the desert when there is a rain storm in the mountains and the bridges are washed away.

Even if the buy in is higher, it still works.Its not on sparefoot, thus not marketed.Its in the middle of a Storage desert, in the middle of neighborhoods.With this location you will learn about 90% of what you need to know about storage. 

if you want outstanding weather, diverse environments within a 1.5 hour drive, beautiful ocean, beautiful mountains, beautiful desert and are willing to have low income to housing costs for these items (the sunshine tax) then San Diego could be for you.  

Hi Travis, the neighborhood is called “Desert Color” the reason Im even mentioning the name is because the entire neighborhood is centered around “resort style living” my part of the neighborhood is not zoned night rental and minimum of 6 month leases.

Too risky if mechanics liens, etc.Think buying a pie at grocery store and selling pieces for desert at restaurant to max out profit with land.
