Degrees don't. 

I've recently finished a Master's degree and have no job which means that I have time to dedicate to REI.

The property is in WI so 80-90 degree humid days for about 2 months out of the year, another 2 months are warm/hot but not as bad. 

Why not house hack where you go to college and put 3.5 to 5 percent down instead of 20 percent?

I like Valdosta a bunch because it is growing on every metric and has a a good college.

I am going into my third year of college pursuing a degree in sales at Bowling Green State University.

You see some 20 year old student loans for people who are now helping their kids get into college.  

Roofers come in varying degrees of expertise.  

It's hot heck at the moment around 100 degrees, but I'm hoping it'll be worth the investment come winter time.
