Well it looks like we may no longer have to guess what the income tax rate tables will be for next year (provided the House doesn't screw this up which is entirely possible - there are a lot more pissed off lame ducks there).You're right though, this illegal budget maneuver is not going to sit well with people, neither is the BS treaty they want the Senate to ratify without reading.Good grief these last couple weeks have made it so abundantly clear why this Congress has a 13% approval rating and why the liberals got absolutely creamed in this last election.

Some of the posters indicated that LL's will be creamed and more flip deals will be coming.

I do not take this lightly- I cannot equate it to selling them an ice-cream cone, a prime-rib or a vacuum cleaner.

My rentals are travel trailers, so the applicants I get are not the cream of the crop and I can't be as picky as many landlords.  

While this may be true for some, this is not the case for others however we are all (being a newbie myself) being labeled as such.This forum is not all peaches and cream.

Plus renters like floors.I use an antique white (it like a cream color) and white on the trim and ceilings.

If you are willing to paint I'd get rid of that cream color or paint the tall ceiling of the living room a more inviting color.

i have a feeling these are not the cream of the crop if they are still sitting around.
