I have plenty of room to store things, so that is not really an issue.It was my thought to stock up on some of the more commonly used items when I find them on a major markdown, items similar to those general things mentioned above, hardware, ceiling fans, brushed nickel or oil rubbed bronze bathroom fixtures in a set, lighting fixtures, etc.From the houses we have seen, these items would almost certainly be used pretty quickly.

The trouble is that in a big metropolis like SA, Austin or Dallas, Houston etc......there is so much crime that if it takes much time to think about it, then they brush it off. no blood?

Other than my mower I've only hauled carpeting so far and some brush from tree trimming.

Some people love to plan, but often it is wasted effort.BTW, Bryan is smart and experienced, I wouldn't brush off his advice.
