The only issue is how do you blend one or two more rooms into a house on the back side of the property if the roof slopes down?

I used to only want to invest in A++ neighborhoods, but I've adjusted, and my portfolio is a blend now.

Might be worth a shot if they had one or two more that made more sense than this one...then blend this one back in at $10k or $20k......might be fun to play with the numbers.
