And I was just like todays bigger shops I had multiple LOC in the millions that we used to lend to others..

I am very disappointed that I am not longer able to perform tHe tasks I have been able to do unless I pay twice as much as paying before for their premium version, which is now from 13.99 to 23.99The price change seems unreasonable, so I will switch back to use the bigger pockets tools, which price is more reasonable.

A tip would be knowing The number of doors you qualify for from a lender, And then looking at financial statements from places a little smaller and a little bigger.

But I kinda love that sort of thing...I drove block-by-block around a dozen neighborhoods of interest and mapped out where I want to be lol.

Even though ALOT and I mean ALOT of people on bigger pockets or friends and family have told me airnbnb arbitrage wouldn't work out I have been pretty successful even though I was pretty much self learnt without any form of joining a course or anything like that.

The bigger REIAs out there have many sub groups that may specialize in fix and flips, landlords, notes, or somewhere in between.
