I have just started looking into the why behind this deed restriction, and I plan on finding the 'who' in this process who has authority to rethink the logic. ...Hoping to find someone before I reach out to Ben Bernanke and point out how non economical this restriction truly is.

Is he going through a rough patch right now or can he just not afford this property?

Thanks for bringing that up @Ben Zimmerman i do plan on upsizing my family, my mortgage broker brought the second FHA loan to my attentions so thats what my plan was but regardless of how i will absolutely make it happen.
