How much loan can I get approved for?

This is why the agencies don't let you swap out management companies, or engage in unexpected mass-renovations (as opposed to simply renovating on turnovers), without their prior approval.

I want to get approved for a DSCR loan.

Tax Liens, Notes, Short Term rentals, single family long term rentals, commercial, mobile homes, oil and gas?

It would have to be in the best interest of the creditors in order for that to happen (get approved).You would also have to pay the lender that put the loan into foreclosure, in full, or face their objection in the hearing.

Just in general, that doesn't make much sense.Do you have the the capital and approval to buy a new home without tapping your equity?

Hey Sinuway, I'd recommend connecting with a few like minded lenders and realtors who could step you through the pre approval and negotiation process.

i have plans at the city that are 2-3 weeks from approval. i'm a licensed GC and the house is going to be a 3/2 1100 sqft with comps in the 260's. for a construction id only need 100-110k, but the more i call banks the more im finding out that even 100-110k is "too small" of a loan.
