They are for a specific type of hybrid investor/manager however based on their business model, which just happens to coincide with how I like to run my VR.

I can imagine with VR property figuring out maintenance is tough. 

I manage VR in both Lk Arrowhead and BB.

Accurate, fact based forecasting IS important so people can see the fear-porn is unfounded and is what there ever so microscopic fine print says "for entertainment value only". 

VR licenses are set to expire within the next year or 2 last I heard restricting in R1 R2 locations.

I hope to add a fourth VR soon.
