@Kevin ManzI’m pretty sure they have a pro series where you can make master keys but you swap out the barrels (still easier and cheaper than locksmith, but overkill for me.)I only have 13 properties with a current average stay of 3.65 years so I just switch between 3 keys.

Since I'm investing in that neighborhood, I can swap out the fourplex with another similar fourplex to re-use.

The plumbing is always an issue too, but its normally more obvious if the plumbing was done by checking to see if the two handled shower valves were swapped out and if the rough plumbing looks modern (copper/pvc). 

Link swapping works within reason, but don't over-do it.

Also if you are serious about options I highly recommend taking an options/futures/swaps course at a local university, check with the finance department about open enrollment.
