Curious if y’all know of any South Bay meetups or groups?

Hi Team,I have been renovating a 4 unit building in South Shore/The Bush.

I'm in a decent city which helps a lot, but a lot of places further south really got the shaft 

Biloxi mostly, trying to stay south of I-10, but the northside is getting interesting.Long Beach, BayStLou, Pass Christian, but mostly Biloxi - nothing in Gulfport.Pascagoula and Gautier are calling me, but not yet.. staying west of 110 and south of 1-10 so far.

The market projections for South Florida and central Florida are for the market to continue to decline due to the insurance crisis and the rapid appreciation experienced since COVID-19.

Looking to buy and manage a short-term rental in East Boston or South Boston?

If this is outside your budget, then I would suggest you look toward the Plainfields (North, South, and Plainfield) and west (Dunellen, Middlesex, Green Brook) which are on the Raritan Valley train line and are ~1hr to midtown by rail, with easy highway access to 78. 

I have some apartments in central south Fresno.  

Looking to connect with an investor-friendly/focused real estate agent for identifying properties in South Jersey and the Philadelphia area (possibly suburbs).

I was hoping it was going to perform well, since it is in a lakefront project, just South of downtown.
