Well I was scrolling through fb today and saw my friend just closed on a 54 unit apartment building and he got it for $24k per unit ($44k with rehab cost).

Hello all, I’ve been listening and silently scrolling through the forums for a few years now.

I agree with @Joseph Gisler and am surprised I had to scroll so far down to see this suggestion.

I would assume you just need building permits but do not quote me on that and it'd be better to look into it.this is my first post and I just started scrolling the forums here so you may have already found your answer but if you end up still needing help please feel free to contact me!
