Is a foreign entity required to file taxes in the US because the sold real estate is on US soil?

I did a Typo survey and a Soil survey to make sure I am in a good spot for building....Those two items might need to be done if you are thinking of any building to eliminate any surprises.  

Same with soil and even broken concrete for fill.

@Sandy SawyerI think this may be a legal question, and seeing as though giving out legal advice without a law license can get me into trouble, you might need a lawyer to help you figure out the best way to file your individual series in accordance with the new legislation.

Depending on where you're located, they have regional chapters - UREIA held in Sandy, SLREIA for Salt Lake, NUREIA for Ogden area up north etc.

While we don't have a ton of moisture issues here with basements, we have expanding soil issues and have to build floating walls in basements.
