Consider all the things that could go wrong and see if the lease addresses them: unauthorized pets or tenants, early termination, security deposit, lease violations, late rent, eviction, lawn maintenance, parking, etc.5.

@Timothy Eaton I have created an initial application that has basic information on it like name of all tenants applying, address, make and model of any vehicles, previous landlords, personal references, and I ask what types of debt they currently have and any pets.
