They can make sure your set up correctly with entities and taxes, plus since they're an education-based firm, you'll learn all the things you want to know about.

EDUCATE YOURSELF - yes, it will take time, but will lead to a selection that better meets your expectations & avoids potentially costly surprises!

Somehow I didn't notice there was an educational part of the service. 

You often hear from real estate investors who scaled businesses  attribute their success to great contractor relationships, a realtor who helped identify an underserved housing need, lenders who gave them a chance despite not having a balance sheet, even good attorneys who navigated them through entitlements or perhaps accountants who educated them on tax saving strategies.  

Everyone's circumstances are different, so maybe it makes sense for you to borrow against the 401k, but I just think it is important that folks are fully educated on all factors before making that decision. 

I've found its pretty hard for folks to get comfortable with a purchase out of state if they haven't seen the general areas that they think they'd like to buy in.While I love where your heads at - best thing you can do right now is likely focusing on saving cash, REI education, paying off loans, and enjoying your last year of school!

People with 3rd grade educations have solved it.Can easily do another 30,000,000 in California.6.  

I have been leaning towards LTR with my education, but STR seems to make sense in the scenario.
