I see agents and wholesalers trying to sell properties that are supposedly wholesale, but they sell at retail after it's marked up so much.

JC - I just got the app today after coming across it in this discussion and noticed that (although it's not on the mobile app) the desktop website has a tab to upload a csv file to import entries.

A partner and I began searching, and after coming up empty for 6 months, we were sent this deal by a close friend and ended up closing a month later.

If a seller wants to sell for future value they need to do what is necessary to bring the value up to that price. 

I will have to come by sometime and check it out! 

The updates they provide are bare bones and usually only come after I've reached out to them asking about the investment.

The guy who runs it lays it out like this..1-5 rentals you are still doing okay, have more stuff come up between all rentals the closer you get to 5 or at 5.

Theoretically all the condos have the amenities, not just yours.
