Yes I do trade my time for money, however I also run a business, I market myself and create value in what I have to offer, solve problems and always creating other venues of income in the fitness industry.

I would still consider it out in the country where permitting isn't as strict - might be good for like a wedding venue outside Austin, for example.  

After the insureds completed renovations to use the house as a wedding venue some of the neighbors objected and filed suit to enjoin that use. 

I have been eyeing a wedding venue for sale - venue plus a guest house on 6 acres.

They don't have magnificent cap rates but my worst case scenario for not being able to identify another multifamily was to simply purchase a NNN and collect the income.

And I thank anyone for any help, suggestions or help they can offer because I really want to do this right to help take care of my family, as right now I am a person on Disability and my Husband is of Retirement Age, but he also works for a company that is a seasonal only company (they have to shutdown every fall/winter) because they are an outdoor music venue and now since the pandemic he has not been able to go back to work.  

I think it’s great if they want to use multiple venues for marketing, but official company business should be on a professional platform, such as their own website, app, or other professional platform.

I assume the contract language holds you harmless and they have the option of refusing the venue.

Patience and diligent marketing in new venues may be rewarded in this instance.
