Get cheap living room furniture and kitchen table and chairs.

I did all of the demo myself immediately after buying, and I lived in a construction zone for an entire year (one working toilet, no stove, no fridge, no flooring, no furniture, no cable, no TV, no internet).

Now I  shop at consignment stores for furniture and will go to the salvation army/ consignment and goodwill for everyday stuff. 

I give furniture sliders.... to protect my floors!

He never came back and had the hugest furniture, great giant stuff from the 1940’s, it was a nightmare removing it and some I simply chopped into pieces.

I'm hoping it will be done and ready for kitchen and furniture by March 2019.

If it's going to look bad and out of place, maybe forget it and go with bedroom furniture.I generally advise never clients to never cannibalize bedroom space, but if renters are always asking for a W&D, maybe go with the W&D and purchase bedroom furniture when finances allow it.
