Hi, @Mark Futalan I have used both Schlage and August and must say Lockstate currently beats all products on the market and is the first smart wifi lock or product for that matter, that got officially promoted and supported by Airbnb and the channel management solution Beds24.I use Lockstate in all our rentals in Germany, Tuscany, and the USA.

Aside from the US  I have some experience in the UK and more Israel, but none in Germany.

I am in Germany so I contacted the PM to get some quotes.

We placed a tenant (Military family) at my property in Germany about three months ago.

You really should look into the history of 1930s and 40s before the onslaught of World War II to understand why programs like this literally saved America from becoming Nazi Germany or Soviet Union.

I was supposed to be going to Germany, but I ended up losing that assignment and I finally found out last week that I'll be going to McGuire, NJ a little over two weeks from now.It is certainly frustrating when you have no idea where the military will be sending you.

I live in San Pedro, below L.A. and my mother in Germany is constantly telling me that I'm paying way too much rent at $ 1750 - because the rents in Hamburg, Germany are so much lower and because I've paid less in other parts of the country.
