We recently purchased a three-unit rental property.We want to do some renovation work immediately, and plan to conduct more extensive renovations on the property over the coming years.Currently, the water heater and the boiler furnace are located in an improperly ventilated portion of the garden unit.

Thats why no one is constructing C class apartments the numbers just dont work at those kind of rent.Take the money and run, or maybe start a garden???

If they saw a couple cockroaches or spiders I’d advise them to keep the place clean and get some bug spray from Home Depot.

Anthony Gjolaj I second the recommendations of Westland and Livonia, I’d add Garden City, parts of Romulus, and perhaps Taylor as prices are still low but appreciating rapidly - safe, working class, solid areas that have ok schools.
