I am looking to buy a multi unit property in Bed Stuy, Bushwick or Crown Heights that I plan to live in and rent out the other unit(s).  

There is awesome crown molding made out of real hardwood, leaded glass in the built-in buffet, and other details like those that you just can't find in today's houses.

In addition to the stay at home mom crown I would target retires for this kind of position.

A skilled carpenter could give you crown molding that would cover it.

One will invariably be in great shape, a retail ready sale that just is missing the crown molding the buyer so desperately wants.  

Crown Point is a great town too.

Dated kitchens and bathrooms dont make much difference   so I just sold a house, we used to have beautiful crown molding, it's painted white before.
