What a well presented and mature comment, much respect to you. 1 thing to note is CA business and professions code strictly prohibits an agreement as such.

I think we pretty much agree on anything but we're commenting from different points of view.If I'm not mistaken, your retreats are focused on US investing while I'm focusing on international investing.

But to comment on that, I do understand the risks, which is why I told her I would do a deal *with* her, to mitigate her risks on a deal.

I agree with the comments here, 1 year is fine for bank statements, you essentially just want to see cash actually hitting accounts.
