In 6 months they will be licking their wounds having given up on the system, now being that much further (by the amount spent, amount lost investing, wasted time, and emotional devastation) behind in realizing their goals and dreams 

Right now it feels like we are aimlessly investing, and it makes it hard to see the end goal and even harder to see how to get there.

The goal is to move into another property by spring 2025 to do another live in flip and keep this property for a few years at least.What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Zillow seems to think it should rent for $723 and Redfin says $670My real estate goal is primary for long term hold.

I don't see any possible way to accomplish this goal.
