I had several questions and was not able to get anyone to answer them. however, to my surprise, when I decided to terminate my contract with them, due to the poor services and communication, he came up with a $500 repair charge. which according to him was for a door-struck plate and 33 blocks he removed from the yard as part of the landscaping. however, no form of documentation was provided to show the work was done.

The best way to approach this is from purely a business and service standpoint; I'll say it again from a service standpoint - Owners will want to approach it as a 'partnership' whereas if they have issues, then you have issues and you share the responsibility of their dilapidated property or their ill performed decisions with them BUT at the same time some will want to nickel and dime you at every turn, in an industry that operates on nickels and dimes.... so my advice is for you to approach it from purely a service standpoint, no different than that from a landscaper, or plumber, etc.

Leveled house- exterior paint, fresh landscaping, added privacy fence, interior paint, new windows, new mini split heat pump system, painted kitchen cabinets, new counters and hardware, new bathroom vanities and toilets, expoxied baby blue bathtub and tile surround white.
