Wish I would have purchased last year!

@JD Martin(I wish I could quote your post above, but when I do that the UI always messes with the formatting and it gets difficult to distinguish what the quoted user said and my responses to it.)1.

We do that remote-worker type rental at properties in Denver and Colorado Springs and see some nice numbers but without the work of STRs.Whatever you choose, I wish you luck.

But if your plan is to not renew just make sure you follow local laws on how much notice you must give.Another strategy is to say, I’m not renewing and if you wish to stay and go month to month…the rents will be x….Good luck!
