All this probably means you need to work 40 hours a week to support yourself then moonlight another 40 hours to learn….

Or join a brokerage that will give you the support you need to get up and running rather than leave you out to dry and see who sticks like a lot of the bigger brokerages do.

I can start to submit to the city my development idea inclusive of the corner property and see how they respond. if they are supportive I will send in an offer to purchase to the corner prop with a longer financial clause.

The huge government and university job base helps prevent the slides down while the tech, medical, and other industries provide the ride up.  

I've called AIR and they have promised to have their tech support look into it, but all they do is send me a link on how to sync calendars....!
