No leverage would be used.I've read "The purchase of a business operated via an LLC or partnership will POTENTIALLY trigger the Unrelated Business Taxable Income rules under IRC 512 and a corresponding tax of approximately 35% would be applied"What I cannot find are the actions or measures one should take to eliminate or avoid the potential trigger?

Again, I don't have a problem disclosing the fact that we are licensed, but I want to keep it concise and simple, but still be in compliance I hope some of the other licensee/investors on BP will share what you are doing in the area of license disclosure when offering to purchase investment property especially on direct mail, the internet, and social media.

They now meet each dog to insure breed compliance with our insurance, follows their basic commands, does not pee inside their office when excited at a new environment, and is not aggressive, at least towards them.
