I also enjoy nature, exploring, international travel and working in foreign exchange .

I plan to live there at least 6.5 months out of the year but may travel to another state during the other months.

So, since she's in real estate and knows the area rather well, she looks six miles out along the main travel arteries and finds this spacious 2-bedroom apartment in a duplex run by an on-site landlord.

I'm sure it will do well once travel becomes more common.  

Only thought here is how difficult will it be for travelers to get there?

buy something on some small land or unrestricted plot and drop a travel trailer on it for airbnb or ft rental or look for a garage conversion play or sfr with casita or sfr you can pop in a sep entrance with kitchen/bath
