I'm doing a unique renovation on a major traffic corridor and I'm kicking myself for not having a sign up yet.  

@Cal C.I spent 7 years in the DC area and have no interest in ever returning or investing there thanks to the traffic =). 

The barber shop was open two evenings a week and Saturday Am, as I recall, small town with one traffic light.

Their excuse is "the snow, the traffic,  truck won't start, girlfriend had a doctor's appointment" - which is crazy-making, of course.

Id be happy to talk to you more about it, you have to take into account things like Sundance Film Festival, the increased summer traffic (Park City has really stepped up its advertising for us being summer destination) Although its still not as busy as winter.

The LR station will bring more foot traffic throughout the neighborhood so I would expect the city to make road improvements in the upcoming years for pedestrian accessibility. 

It's actually way easier than when I lived there, because I'm not tempted to drive over in rush hour traffic, stare at the problem for a while, haul around used appliances in my Prius...

Do you think it will drive more calls or more web traffic?

@Coleman Cox I see a lot of out of state investor traffic in OKC in the last few years!
