Here is what I think I'm reading:The Lender's bid amount ($137,040.00) is the minimum opening bid amount.The Deficiency ($29,036.52) is the difference between the minimum opening bid and the total amount owed on the home.The Total Indebtedness ($166,076.52) is the total amount owed on the property.Am I reading this correctly?

Just wanted to update that our Streamline refi on our FHA mortgage that we turned into a rental 2 years ago went through last week, so 6 weeks total, not too bad considering loan officer said it could take up to 3 months.

Mixed in that number and hard to separate out are the re-defaults from both forbearance and modification that simply can't make it work.Now bare in mind, the total number of foreclosures has been forecasted to be around 15 Million.
