That would be one way to get a temporary green card and after a few years you can apply for a permanent green card (will still need to be married then)Otherwise, you'll have to find a way to get a visa, which you'll have to apply for from your home country.

The following weekend I closed the opening and thought "Cool, problem fixed"...Well one morning I noticed that something had made a mess in my kitchen and there was a banana clawed and eaten.The sink base cabinet was slightly open and upon further review there is missing dry wall underneath the back side of the sink that creates an entry way to my unit.I blocked this sink base cabinet so it won't open but I know this is still a temporary fix...what should I do?

However, giving them the benefit of the doubt, giving highest and best in a multiple offer scenario isn't a bad way to go:If they ask your client's for highest and best, and your client's give them the most they're willing to pay for that property , (of course keeping emotions out), then no games can be played.
